Auditions for the Norfolk and Norwich Operatic Society's next production - "Fiddler on the Roof" - are open to members and non-members alike.  They will be held on Sunday 19th September 2010, starting at approx. 09:30am  - venue to be announced.  Results will be published on this website on the day when all auditions are complete. Times for each character audition will be announced at the sing-through on Friday 17th September. PLEASE KEEP THE WHOLE of 19th September FREE until you know the time of your audition.

 

AUDITION APPLICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY Friday 17th September latest.

 

Before applying for audition please read the characterisation for each named part that you are thinking of auditioning for.

Please familiarise yourself with the rehearsal schedule.

 

Application to audition must be made on the appropriate audition slip, either by eMail using the slip below or by post on a form requested from the Production Manager - details on the audition slip below. Whichever method is chosen, all applications for audition must be received by Friday 17th September - midday latest. 

 

We will try, this year, to get audition pieces sent by eMail to you as soon as possible after receiving your audition application. This is to allow you plenty of time to decide whether the part is right for you and prepare for your audition.

 

Audition pieces will also be available to collect after  the NNOS AGM - date and venuwe to follow.

 

Jeremy Tustin (Director) and Matt Brown (Musical Director) require all audition pieces to be learned. No books or papers will be allowed in the audition hall.

 

 

 

For successful auditionees the first rehearsal will be on Tuesday  21st September at 7:00pm in order that subscriptions  and  returnable deposits for books  can be collected. Please bring your cheque books to this rehearsal.
