Welcome to our new home.  After many long years of searching we are pleased to announce that we are now the proud owners of the Douro Place Chapel and all our rehearsals will now take place here.

For Directions:

From the bottom of Grapes Hill turn into Dereham Road and continue out of the city for two or three hundred yards. Pas the Reindeer pub and Wilco on your left.  You;ll see the CO-OP supermarket on your left and IMMEDIATELY after the CO-OP on the left is the turning to Douro Place.  When the road bears left turn RIGHT and the Chapel is immediately in front of you.

 

PARKING

This is a residential area and parking up until 6:30pm is by parking permit however, after 6:39pm there is no restriction.

There is plenty of roadside parking in Douro place in the evenings - beware the odd double yellow lines - and there is parking in the car park opposite the Kwik-Fit garage in the gravelled compound.

Other parking places are in the Pottergate Health Centre in West Pottergate where there is a short pathway to the Chapel and the Pay and Display car park on Exeter Street ( on the other side of Dereham Road behind the shops - see map ) PLEASE NOTE There is a charge of £1.60 for using the Exeter Street Pay and Display car park after 6:30pm.

 

Wherever you park please be courteous to our new neighbours. I don't want to upset them !
